Because we live on an island in Alaska, we get the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife. We live on Kodiak Island Alaska and there are Kodiak Grizzly bears here (largest grizzly). Lots of people spend a lot of money to visit here for a chance to see these bears (one surprised me on a bike ride the other night - Luckily I ride with music playing loud enough that it scared the bear off)
These photos are from 2010. We had heard that this bear was at one of the rivers eating fish pretty much every evening around the same time. We went for a ride (with some bubbles) and were not disappointed. The bear fished for a while, then headed up over the road (where we were standing) to go to the other side of the river.
The Sketches in Thyme sketch #116 (on it's side) worked great for the 3 photos I had from this evening. I pulled out some Echo Park pattern paper for this layout. I've been trying to use up some of my stash before going on vacation knowing I'll buy more there! The arrow (from Reverse Confetti Arrows N' Elements) is pointing to the bear behind my daughter, it was a little out of focus

Wow! I think I wouldn't like to find a bear on my way, rs rssss.
