Hip hop hangover

We were busy for most of the day yesterday, so I didn't get to chat with most of the girls on Hip hop, but I did manage to make 2 cards for the challenges!

The first card is a birthday card. The owner of Unity (Angela) had a birthday, so we were supposed to make a birthday card.

I used my Dec KOTM, stamped in Palette burnt umber and then colored it with my Spica glitter pens. The happy birthday is from a Gina K. set also stamped in burnt umber. I put the stamped images on some Bazzil bling paper and layered a piece of SU dp under the bazzil bling. The ribbon is SU tempting turquoise.
The second challenge that I did was a I {Heart} Unity challenge - to use heart somewhere on your cards. I chose to use this image from the Dec KOTM. I stamped the image using SU Real red and Adirondack Pitch black. The black paper is Bazill bling, the red is SU Real red. I used my cuttlebug swiss dots (love it) for the background of the card.
The pictures aren't the best - the lighting in here is almost non-existent at night!
