Your Story review
Will have to wait. I plugged mine in on New Years Day and it doesn't warm up. I'm waiting for a call back from Provo Craft on what they are going to do to fix it. I actually had a project ready to laminate and it would pretend to warm up for the 5 minutes, then beep at me and shut itself off.

What did provo craft tell you I am having the same problem and it is after hours.
