Exciting night AND my layout

I live on an island in Alaska. Kodiak is the second largest island in the US. It is pretty well known for its fishing and it's BEARS! We have the Kodiak Grizzly bears here. They are AMAZING to watch! Beautiful creatures - large, scary, but beautiful. After a dinner a friend and I went on a drive to see if we could see any. Got to a creek and saw this "little" guy out fishing for his late night snack! We watched him catch a TON of salmon!
Ok - on to the challenge for this week at Scrap and Stamp. Our challenge this week is to make some faux buttons. I used my scraps from my layout and card (and mini album that will be up next week) to do this layout. I have just tiny scraps of my Echo Park Walk in the Park paper now. I might "need" more... I'm hoping we get to start carrying it at the small store here - that would be awesome!

I used the sketch from Sketchy Thursday for my layout. I like having a sketch to start from - makes it easier (especially when I forget that I need the layout done right away)

Supplies
Stamps: Unity Aug 2010 KOTM {All you need}
Ink: Tsukineko
Paper: American Crafts cardstock, Echo Park A Walk in the Park
Accessories: Nesties
