my sister has the best sister!!!!!!

It was my daughters birthday TODAY. I was reminded quickly that she's getting much older than I want her to be! I "helped" her 1 year old sister write in this card to her and she opened it right up and read the entire thing by herself.

I got this stamps from Kraftin Kimie Stamps a month or so ago because I fell in LOVE with the images - Lulu and Libby are too cute and can be colored to look like Abby and Lexi (my daughters). Abby LOVES her sister (and Lexi loves her too) - I love seeing them grow up and be friends and I hope it stays that way for a long time!

a new challenge blog

SCACD has a new challenge blog - their first challenge was posted last week and I got a chance to play along last night. I'm barely getting this posted in time....
I combined challenges by using a stamp that SCACD carries (Francesca by Kraftin Kimmie stamps) and the sketch on the Kraftin Kimmie stamps blog. I colored her with some copics and used some paper scraps that were sitting on my desk from a finished layout.

It's a cupcake kinda day

I LOVE cupcake stamps. Yep, I said I like cupcake STAMPS. I'm not a cupcake eater. Or a cake eater, or cookies or brownies. I have a texture issue. I eat them every once in a while, but they are NOT something that I love and can't resist.

This is one of the adorable Kraftin' Kimmie stamps. I found these recently - I can't even remember where I saw them, but HAD to order Fransesca because she was carrying all these cupcakes. Then I saw the sentiment and "had" to have those too...... I have a problem with cupcake stamps.

I found the Kraftin' Kimmie challenge blog after I started on the card and added some eyelets to go along with the challenge this week. Supplies
